About Me
I’m Rocco Costanzo. I’m a licensed Arizona General Contractor and Realtor.
Early in my career, I traveled around the country working on large, complex construction projects. These weren’t cosmetic remodels or quick flips—they were high-stakes jobs where bad assumptions cost real money. That experience taught me how projects actually succeed: clear scope, realistic pricing, and accountability.
I’m also a first-generation Italian American, raised around construction and trades. I grew up around people who worked with their hands, showed up early, and didn’t get paid unless the job was done right. That mindset never left.
That’s why I don’t operate like a traditional Realtor.
I don’t sell hype. I don’t guess. I don’t tell clients what they want to hear so I can “get the deal.” Most agents never touch a hammer, never price real work, and never deal with the consequences of being wrong. I do.
My role is simple: help investors and homeowners make hard decisions with real information. That means understanding renovation costs before offers are written, backing into budgets instead of guessing, and treating properties like investments—not commission checks.
If you want straight answers, realistic numbers, and someone who actually understands the work behind the deal, that’s where I add value.
